Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food, Agriculture, and Land Use
How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

    Eddie Arellano 10/31/2023 7:11 AM
I will view expiration dates differently now because I now know what all the different dates mean and how they are different from each other.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Land Sinks
How is your diet currently impacting deforestation? What can you do to decrease your negative impact and increase your positive impact?

    Eddie Arellano's avatar
    Eddie Arellano 10/30/2023 3:53 PM
My diet is negatively impacting deforestation, but it could be worse. I could start going out to eat less and eat less meat. Something positive I'm doing is eating substitute meat products.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Electricity
Geothermal energy is reliable, abundant, and efficient. Project Drawdown states that public investment will play a crucial role in its expansion. In what ways (i.e. with money, time, advocacy) can you invest in geothermal energy?

For passive geothermal, lawmakers can give property owners incentives like tax credits which will reduce the money they spend out of pocket to get passive geothermal installed in their buildings.
For active geothermal, lawmakers can pass policies that help businesses pay for large-scale active geothermal power plants to be built
