What was the hardest item to reduce using or cut out that is plastic? Did you find a way to do it?

The hardest item for me is food delivery containers. I need to get better at going to the restaurant and eating there vs. getting the food delivered. At least if there are leftovers when dining at the restaurant, I can bring my own container for the leftovers; unfortunately, I still forget to bring the container half the time.

I decided to learn more about heat pumps as part of this Ecochallenge. I always thought that heat pumps could only be used in hot climates, but it sounds like there are versions that now work well in cold climates if you get the right type.
