Last night instead of throwing away the tiny amount of left over rice we had from dinner, I decided to keep it and my boyfriend made fried rice with it for lunch this afternoon! Typically, if it's not enough for a while meal, I toss it! So glad I didn't waste it and it went to good use!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Today I plan to take advantage of the bit of sunshine we have left and work in my yard! I have been relandscaping my yard all summer and I have decided to clear out a small area in the background to plant wildflowers next year to help with pollination.
