It was kind of easy because I don't eat a lot of chocolate or drink too much coffee, so I have been having those every once in awhile.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Yes, I feel that my diet choices when it comes to eating seafood and fish in general. I only eat it sometimes and it is usually just salmon or crab in sushi. Some steps that I could take are to not overfish bodies of water and if I were to catch a lot of fish, then release them back to where I found them.

For me, I run everyday so I always get to enjoy nature and exploring new routes! Some of the sidewalks right beside the road could be worked on so that it is all flat. Also during my runs, I usually see a few dogs!
