I will visit a coastal or ocean site to experience the ecosystem and look for the presence of macroalgae/seaweed.

Sometimes protecting nature requires feeling connected to nature. I will invest 30 minutes in exploring and appreciating a natural area in my region, whether a forest, wetland, coastal area, or somewhere else.

I will plant 10 trees in my community, public parks, or backyard.

I will support a community garden by volunteering, donating, or advocating for a new or existing one.

Through social media (LinkedIn or Instagram), I will share what I've learned about gender inequity in education and tag Ecochallenge.org.

I will watch Drawdown’s Climate Solutions 101 and share what I learned with others.
