  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food, Agriculture, and Land Use
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?

It's crazy how much we spend on food and I know most is due to inflation. I know it's not really an option for everybody due to storage space but I take the extra time to shop around and see what items I can find on sale and store them to save on extra funds.
