Chloe Empoliti 10/15/2023 10:58 PMI think refuse is the strongest one that I can apply to myself here, as just avoiding the use of single-use plastics and containers is the most effective way to reduce waste. I've become more mindful on what I purchase, as I try to avoid smaller plastic containers in mass, and when I have to I opt for bigger/bulk containers that ultimately have less plastic -

Chloe Empoliti 10/08/2023 10:15 PMIt seems they can afford it. Our bodies do need proteins, but having a certain amount of meat can have negative effects. I would like to add that some people have medical conditions where eating meat is necessary for them, so be understanding. The culture around meat eating really impacts our planets resources, but it also is so inhumane how our animals are treated -

Chloe Empoliti 10/08/2023 10:12 PMI have a hard time being mindful, so this allows me to stop and check-in with my hunger cues. A great way to start intuitively eating!
