    The 2023 United Way campaign has officially started! This will be going on through October 31. :)

    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    Helps with portion control and cutting back on unnecessary calories.
    Additionally, it helps by creating more leftovers for a meal the next day.
