I haven't thought about it how much plastic we do use just having our meals on a daily basis. Even some of the cutlery at home. But since it have drown my attention, I eliminated all from home use and do my best not to use plastic even when I am outside.
Do you consider this when you go grocery shopping? I have started reading about it and consider it when buying food when I have revealed some of the secrets of Italian cuisine visiting the coutry.
In our days we are really big consumers. Me personally as well. So I have much more than actually need. And every few months I do revise my wardrobe in order to get rid of what I have not wear. And instead of throw old/ new clothes, I bring them to friends and family so they could be really used or reused.
Going fast in our daily routine, work, family and all other activities, we tend to forget that our planet and quality of our life also requires some attention and focus. Small steps from all of us could make a huge positive impact.
