Prem Mani 10/31/2023 7:06 PMThe first rule of sustainability is to align with natural forces, or at least not try to defy them. Sustainability is no longer about doing less harm. It's about doing more good. Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything. -
Prem Mani 10/31/2023 3:38 AMOften when you think you're at the end of something, you're at the beginning of something else. There is no such thing as 'away'. When we throw anything away it must go somewhere. When you put the whole picture together, recycling is the right thing to do.-

Prem Mani 10/26/2023 8:28 PMWhenever I travel alone in a car, I always feel guilty about occupying more real estate on the road than I need, and therefore choose public transport as much as possible, though it is not always feasible.
Public transport reduces CO2 emissions by a considerable extent and reduces road congestion. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportationHow can you advocate for transportation systems which minimize environmental impact while also meeting human needs?

Prem Mani 10/25/2023 7:45 PMI have always been a green/sustainable person for decades. I built my first electric cycle about 20 years ago. From there on I have mostly invested in Electric vehicles, not only that, but even my ICE vehicles, I drive them with care, such that, I consume the minimum amount of fuel per km/mile as I do with my electric vehicles to consume less watthour per km/mile. With my advocacy, I have influenced more than 50 of my family/friends/relatives to switch to more fuel-efficient / greener vehicles. -
