    Food, Agriculture, and Land Use
Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

Honestly, usually when I eat, I watch tv or scroll through my phone. I kind of zone out and just eat whatever. But this experience was very different for me. I just looked out my window and just ate and enjoyed my meal. I ate the perfect amount and didn't feel to bloated after. I might start to do this every once in a while because it was very peaceful.

What did you learn about wave and tidal energy? How do they compare to other energy sources?

I think wave and tidal energy is a great no polluting energy source. There are problems with this sources accessibly due to how expensive this type of energy source is. This energy source is also a low carbon footprint energy as stated in one of the websites that was provided by drawdown. This energy is made from the rising and dropping or tides/ waves. Overall, I think this energy source is super cool but it needs to be more accessible.
