For me personally, forests improve my mental health. Something about running or walking through the forest for an hour calms me more than just about anything else. The clean air, the beautiful green landscape - what's not to love?!

Besides mental health, spending time in the forest can improve cognitive function, including memory, attention, and creativity. The pokedoku natural environment can also help to reduce distractions and promote focus.
