    I consider myself a foodie. I also happen to like meat and tofu. It is convenient for me to have a meatless breakfast or lunch. Often I will have natto and avocado or rice for a meal. Sometimes I will have a craft ramen cup and add tofu. I think there's a misunderstanding that you can only get your protein-fix from meat.
