Emily Katzin 10/04/2023 11:05 AMOne thing that has really helped me appreciate the seasons is creating seasonal music playlist for when I'm in the car. I pick music based on the title/lyrics, certain instruments (strings feel like fall to me, and bells more like winter), or memories I have of listening to songs at certain times of year. It is nice to change up music with the seasons and look forward to how the music can pair with the landscape/mood.

REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportationHow do your transportation choices affect your engagement in your community? Does your experience or enjoyment differ while walking, riding transit, biking or driving?
Caitlin O'Brien 10/03/2023 6:44 AMI think it is easy to get in your car and go from home to work to errands and back without really engaging in your surroundings. I am not sure how I will feel in the wintertime, but getting up in the morning when the sun was out and the weather was nice was an awesome way to start the day! -
Caitlin O'Brien 10/02/2023 8:45 AMStarting with trying to set up a composting system or area in my backyard. I already use coffee grounds and other fruit and veggie scraps into a small bin in my kitchen. I am curious to see how this goes!
