My goal is to reduce the amount of single use plastic consumed daily, by trying to reduce the use of 3 plastic items daily. I chose it because plastic has a major impact on destroying the environment.

Tala Omran 10/11/2023 10:58 PMThe recipe i made was with roasted seaweed, which is a poke bowl. I boiled some rice, and added some vegetables like cucumber and avocado and some tuna and ate it with seaweed. Yes it is a nice ingredient to add in meals. -

Tala Omran 10/11/2023 10:52 PMSince meat is more expensive, poor people don't have the ability to afford it. Eating a lot of meat can be harmful to our health as moderation is key in maintaining a balanced diet. In addition, consuming more meat harms both the environment and wild life. -
