REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land UseWhile dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?
Olivia Rozanski 10/02/2023 11:39 AMThe first benefit that comes to mind to me is health. Eating smaller portions can help with many aspects of your health. I know I personally have an issue with portion control, so I went and got new meal prep containers so I can measure out my portions and hopefully reduce my own food waste.
