Noelle Schwartz 10/30/2023 11:36 AMReducing waste in the kitchen is one of my favorite things to do since you can be so creative with your food. I recently made cilantro out of carrot tops after making a vegetable soup! You can also dry onion peels in an oven or air fryer to blend into an easy onion powder. -

These benefits have been shared with me for years, and I owe much of my success to the community gardens and green spaces in my childhood community.-
