I went through my list of bills, such as electricity and water, and opted for paperless only billing. I had several that were for email and paper, but paper reminders always went straight to trash. This was about 5 paper bills a month that I switched to email only.

How can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place -- your deep knowledge of and appreciation for your surroundings?

I took the day to explore Red River Gorge. It is beautiful this time of year which brings lots of visitors. I think it is great that people are going out to connect with nature. I enjoy hiking for this reason too. Kentucky has many beautiful views and a rich history worth exploring. It is wonderful that we have reserved nature areas to remind us what we are losing closer to the cities.

Food items usually last longer than the date listed on the package. Can check if food is still good by smell or feel.
