I realize now that I have to be more aware of where the fish is sourced and also the type of fish I eat. I am amazed at the volume of fish the world consumes and have concerns of sustainability and how that impacts the overall quality of the seafood we eat.

Serving smaller portions will also save money as you will spend less on food. Additionally smaller portions can help with physical well being such as weight loss and also can help with reducing risk for some medical issues.

With the cost of everything going up, having any extra money in the bank would be helpful just to fall back on.

I am grateful for this challenge as it reminds me where I have opportunities in my day to day activities. While I may not have picked many items to work on, reading through all the challenge options was a good reminder of what things really cause an impact.
