November 6 at 7:53 PMI learned that it is not very difficult to make an impact. I hardly missed the meat from my meals, and I think it's something I'd like to stick with. I also learned about alternative fuel sources I hadn't heard of before. It's inspiring to see how many people took part of the challenge.

I've always tried my best to be conscious and help out the environment because we only have one planet earth and if we don't hold ourselves accountable we might lose the diversity our environment contains. I also learned how to appreciate the food that gets on my plate because not...

I tried my best to cut it out, I got a mio hydration squeeze pouch to use and it was definitely helpful, I know it’s still plastic, but it cut out the everyday usage of a plastic bottle.

October 31 at 6:56 PM1,500 dollars is a very big chunk of money that many people would rather spend else where but I honestly would either try and save that money or use that money towards my education, since my college expenses will slowly add up these next few years.

October 31 at 6:39 PMWhen practicing mindfulness, I was able to really appreciate the food I was eating, and savor every bite that was on my plate. I feel like this really helped me slow down, which led to more enjoyment of the food since I wasn’t distracted while eating food and mindlessly eating. I honestly think mindfulness is a very important practice that...
