October 31 at 8:23 PMYes, I feel that my diet choices when it comes to eating seafood and fish in general. I only eat it sometimes and it is usually just salmon or crab in sushi. Some steps that I could take are to not overfish bodies of water and if I were to catch a lot of fish, then release them back to where I found them.

October 31 at 8:12 PMI think some of the hardest plastic to avoid was Packaging. I'm talking about the plastic they used to wrap sandwiches and things like that. Rather than buying plastic wrap packages I started buying from places that use paper or I just started bringing my own containers and having them make it in that instead.
